These are the images from Betty I received on 11-06-07.

The image on the left shows David Lindsey of Shelby Co., AL and the service is for being in the 4th VA regiment, in Capt. Stith's and Beall's companies.  I am not sure what it means in the comments where it says there is no correct paper.

I do not believe that David Lindsey of Shelby Co., AL was in the 4th VA regiment.  I have studied the David Lindsey who was in this regiment, and he had a wife named Catherine.  See my research web page on David of Berkeley Co:
